This issue is only affecting users in our JHM account who sign in at. Status: Resolved – As of, Zoom resolved this issue over the past weekend.īeginning, some users are experiencing a “meeting ID is not valid” error when starting a Zoom meeting by clicking the Start button next to their meeting on their meetings page ( ) in a web browser.
